Memories: the sad girl sitting at bar

I made this portrait remembering a sad girl sitting at bar that I saw her yesterday (11 July, 2016) at the table on a bar somewhere in the countryside, in Avellino, Italy. Her eyes look at a point in space and the young girl was lost in her thoughts. I did not want to imagine what these thoughts are and why they make her sad. But they are certainly the reason for her loneliness.
The portrait was painted in detail and then blended with the oil color still fresh, until the painting lose all the characteristic signs of the figure leaving a halo that remember the effort of memory, blurred by emotions.
