At age seven I’ve Been to the hospital for a minor surgery in the throat. My female cousin, older than me (I guess she was around 20 at that time) came to visit and, seeing my distress, she let me borrow her Walkman with a cassette: the entire album “Like a Virgin”, Just Released. I listened to that every day, non-stop, So that the cassette was consumed!
It was the time of big hair and Madonna received her final scepter undisputed queen of pop music. For me she is simply a myth: this portrait is my little thank to her.
